Dongbei University of Finance and Economics invites applications for its tenured or tenure-track faculty positions at all ranks in the field of economics. Teaching needs are at all levels: undergraduate, Masters and Ph.D. Applicant must possess Ph.D. by the start of appointment as well as teaching experience appropriate to rank. Also required is demonstrated research potential as evidenced by a research paper for assistant professor applicants or a record of publication and substantial ongoing research appropriate to rank for applicants for associate/full professor.

Consideration of applications will continue until the position is filled, but complete applications received by December 31, 2015 will receive priority for interviews at the January 2016 ASSA meeting in San Francisco.

The applicants should possess a Ph.D. by the start of appointment, have research potential as evidenced by research papers or a record of publication and ongoing research, demonstrate effectiveness in teaching; and possess the ability to interact effectively with students and colleagues.
