The School of Finance at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) offers undergraduate, masters, and Ph.D. programs. The School aims to significantly increase its research profile and visibility. In the past several years, the School has actively recruited at ASSA meetings.

We seek qualified applicants at all levels for tenured/tenure-track faculty positions starting in the fall of 2015. Junior candidates should exhibit promise for high-quality research in finance and related fields (including macro finance, international macro/finance, and monetary economics) and aim to publish in top finance and economics journals. Senior candidates should have strong publication records in top finance and economics journals. We will conduct interviews at 2016 ASSA meetings in San Francisco.

An application should include the following in a single PDF document: a cover letter, a curriculum vita, research samples (e.g., job market papers), and teaching evaluation (only if applicable). Additionally, please have three recommendation letters. The compensation package includes competitive salaries, research funding, housing subsidies and other benefits.
