The Department of Economics at the University of Leicester invites applications for at least one position at the level of Reader (equivalent to Associate Professor with tenure). Applications are open to any field. Leicester is a research oriented department, with expertise in all areas of economics and finance.
Applications are welcome from candidates currently holding positions as Assistant Professor or equivalent. The successful candidate is expected to contribute broadly to the scientific life of the Department by regularly attending seminars, publishing in top general interest and field journals, supervising Ph.D. students, and teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes.
