The Department of Economics of the University of Florida invites applications for a tenure-track position at the full-time Assistant Professor level in the field of macroeconomics and monetary economics with a Fall 2016 start date and a 9-month period appointment.

The candidate should possess strong empirical research skills in the field of macroeconomics and monetary economics in addition to excellent teaching credentials. Applicants must have their Ph.D. completed by August 2016, and will be expected to undertake undergraduate and graduate teaching and independent research. Salary is competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience and includes a full benefits package.
