LitiNomics is a consulting firm that supports clients as they address issues arising in commercial litigation, providing expert research, analyses, and testimony in complex disputes.

Our analysts/associates work on a variety of engagements leveraging and building upon their capabilities and skills in a dynamic, professional environment. They collaborate on teams that work with multinational companies and their legal counsel across various industries, including semiconductor, software, and biotech.

Essential duties/responsibilities include performing detailed fact finding, research/analysis; developing financial models through the use of Excel, Access, Stata and other analytical software; preparing reports and presentations based upon findings; and management of project tasks.

The ideal candidates will possess the following:
• Zero to five years of targeted experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Effective oral/written communication skills
• MA or BA in economics, finance, accounting or related field
• Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable
