The UCLA Public Policy Department welcomes applications for Assistant Professor in the areas of:
• Social Psychology
• Organizational Behavior
• Negotiations and Decision Making

We encourage applications from scholars with expertise in public policy, organizations, or civic leadership, including 1) forces that shape individual and group behavior in organizational settings, 2) determinants of effective leadership and strategy, and 3) negotiations and managerial decision making. Successful candidates will likely have doctorates in Psychology, Social Psychology, Sociology, Public Policy, Organizational Behavior, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.

A cover letter; CV; three reference letters; an optional statement about contributions to diversity in research, teaching, and/or service; and a research paper should be submitted at https://recruit.apo.ucla.edu/apply/JPF01460. In your cover letter, please include examples of public policy courses that you could teach. Applications are due October 1st but will be reviewed as received until this position is filled.
