The Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University invites applicants for a tenure-track assistant or associate professor of business analytics to start in September 2016. The new faculty member will join the team responsible for launching the school’s Master of Science in Business Analytics program in Fall, 2016, and will have the opportunity to play a significant leadership role in its development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in data analytics, mathematical modeling for decision making, computer programming, and statistics; have an active research agenda in at least one of these fields; and provide service to the school and university.

Requirements: An earned Ph.D. in operations research, information systems, economics, statistics, marketing, or similar discipline by September 15, 2016, as well as have applied experience in data analytics.
