The Department of Economics invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level to begin in the 2016-17 academic year. We seek candidates with teaching and research interests in any subfield of International Economics. Macalester College values a strong commitment to research, a promise of successful scholarly engagement and dedication to teaching excellence in a liberal arts environment. The teaching load is four courses the first year and five courses per year thereafter. Ph.D. expected by August 2016.
