The Department of Management and the Institute for Management & Innovation at the University of Toronto Mississauga invite applications for a tenure-stream appointment in Strategy, at the rank of Assistant Professor. The start date is July 1, 2016.

Applicants must have a PhD in Management or Economics focused on Strategy by date of appointment or shortly thereafter. Knowledge of industrial organization economics is expected. Interest in the management of innovation and/or entrepreneurship is desirable. Evidence of excellence in teaching and research is required.

Evidence of excellence in teaching can be demonstrated through teaching accomplishments and letters of reference indicating good presentation skills. Evidence of excellence in research can be demonstrated by working papers, publications in top ranked and field relevant academic journals, presentations and awards.

Salary to be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
