The School of Economics at the University of Sydney is one of the primary centres for economics in Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region, located in one of the most exciting cities in the world. We currently invite applications from outstanding candidates in the field of environmental and resource economics for one Lecturer position (equivalent of Assistant Professor in North America). This will be a full time tenure-track position.

A competitive remuneration package of AUD$110,802 - $131,575 p.a. is available (which includes a base salary of $93,629 - $111,182 p.a., leave loading and up to 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation).

Please note that all applications will be made available to permanent members of the Economics staff. Representatives of the School will be available at the EAERE Annual Conference in Helsinki in June; the AAEA and WAEA joint annual meeting in San Francisco in July; and at the IAAE Triennial Conference in Milan in August, 2015 for preliminary meetings with prospective applicants.
