The University of Exeter Business School is seeking to make an appointment at the level of Senior Lecturer in Economics. Applications are invited from academics in any area of economics. We particularly welcome applications from candidates with applied research interests that show promise for generating impact.

The Department places the highest emphasis on producing top quality research, with recent research published in leading journals; and on research that has a demonstrable influence on policy and/or business practice.

Applicants should have a PhD in Economics or related disciplines, as well as sufficient knowledge of the subject area to develop teaching and research programmes. You will have published a number of high quality articles in leading international journals and be able to provide support in research, teaching and administrative duties. You should have a record of attracting external research funding, and be capable of providing high quality teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate level. We are particularly interested in applicants who have a track record of impact activities, or who have strong potential for their research to have impact.
