PUC’s mission is to ensure that safe and reliable utility services are provided to customers at just and reasonable rates while fostering the use of competitive markets to achieve these objectives.

The PUC is currently recruiting for a Principal Executive Manager E, Regulatory Affairs Program Manager to serve as a leader in the agency’s Utility Program. The primary purpose of this position is to analyze the issues and party positions in complex or significant utility cases, becoming thoroughly acquainted with the record in an assigned case, and developing a deep and comprehensive understanding of the issues through the reading of testimony and through direct contact with the parties, when warranted. This position serves as a technical and policy resource to all Utility Program Staff and is responsible to fully understand the utility’s case, explain positions of parties, or explore regulatory options with Staff, Administrators, and the Utility Program Director.
