The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Monitoring and Evaluation, Specialist.
Applications will be accepted until May 15, 2015.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist position will be responsible for the design and implementation of evaluations for the Notre Dame Initiative for Global Development (NDIGD). Candidates should have experience in designing and implementing quantitative and/or qualitative surveys, including Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) designs. S/he will lead NDIGD evaluations of projects by formulating evaluation design, data collection, analysis, and publishing on evaluation results. The position may also mentor student researchers to conduct evaluations. Significant experience preferred in monitoring and evaluation of projects for organizations conducting impact evaluations such as the U.S. Agency for International Development, World Bank Group, or for Corporate Responsibility (CR) programs. The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will also develop and submit evaluation-related proposals to external funders, and will represent NDIGD’s evaluation work to these partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
