The University of Windsor invites applications for a two year limited-term position in the Department of Economics at the rank of Assistant Professor commencing July 1, 2015. This position is subject to final budgetary approval.

Candidates in any field of economics will be considered; however, preference may be given to individuals with research and teaching interests in an applied field. Responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching six courses during the academic year and participating in the academic advising of undergraduate students. Applicants must be able to teach the introductory and core undergraduate courses in Economics. Teaching responsibilities begin in Fall Semester 2015. The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. or be near completion by the date of appointment. The candidate will combine a strong commitment to quality teaching with excellent research potential.
