The Department of Economics is seeking to fill one position at the rank of advanced Assistant Professor, depending upon funding, in the field of macroeconomics, monetary economics, or financial markets.

The position requires a Ph.D. in economics or related field. Candidates must have at least one year of experience after receiving their Ph.D. and demonstrate promise to publish high-quality research in leading journals.

All appointees are expected to be committed to teaching and research of the highest quality. In addition to publishing in leading journals, the successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses and supervise graduate students.

Applicants should submit an application letter, vita, a writing sample, and names of three references.
