The Department of Finance in the School of Management at USF is seeking a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in Finance with a sub-field in an area of applied finance such as Financial Institutions, Corporate Finance, Investments, and/or Asset Pricing. The position is anticipated to begin in the Fall of 2015.
Candidates will teach both required and elective finance courses in our undergraduate and MBA programs. Areas of teaching emphasis include corporate finance, financial institutions, investments, and international finance. Applicants should be familiar or be comfortable using STATA and/or MATLAB in the classroom.
Ph.D. in Finance or Economics from an AACSB-accredited institution required. Rank/salary will be commensurate with academic achievement, a demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and published research.
