The Department of Economics at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Economics, to start in August 2015. The Economics Department is a small undergraduate-oriented department within the AACSB accredited business school. Ph.D. degree in Economics is required. Prior teaching experience is preferred. Main teaching responsibilities include undergraduate economics and/or MBA-level economics courses depending on the need of the Department. The candidate is expected to publish in quality refereed economics journals in order to maintain academic qualifications per AACSB standards. The search committee will consider high quality candidates in all areas of economics. The committee will conduct initial interviews at the January 2015 AEA/ASSA meetings.
