Located in Shanghai, China, the Senior Business Consultant will be working as part of our Market Based Management® (MBM ®) Team. The MBM business philosophy is a driving force behind the success of Koch Industries, one of the world’s largest privately held companies, currently with over 100,000 employees in about 60 countries. The MBM team exists to advance the profitable application of MBM across all Koch companies. We provide products and services that help Koch companies and employees by increasing the awareness, understanding and application of MBM. From targeted training to consulting and hands-on mentoring, we engage with leadership teams to help improve their organization's capability to apply MBM and achieve superior business results. Our team consults with businesses in many areas including performance and talent management, vision development work, leadership development and individual coaching and mentoring.

Due to rapid growth in the Asia Pacific region, we have a need for additional Senior Business Consultants to work with our Asia-Pacific MBM team. The Senior Business Consultant will be located in our Shanghai office located in the K11 office building on Huai Hai Road in Shanghai, China. This role will support and consult with internal customers from Koch Industries affiliates including INVISTA and Molex.

Roles/Responsibilities:
Consultants should have a high degree of intellectual curiosity and flexibility, combined with a strong desire to create real, practical value in the business environment through the application of MBM ®. The consultant is responsible for:

•understanding concepts consistent with our market based philosophy and then integrating those concepts into our corporate culture
•interacting with all levels of the organization, influencing others to achieve results and common goals
•working with business leaders to understand organizational capabilities and gaps, and developing and implementing training strategies
•facilitating and delivering course instruction designed to meet specific business needs

Work Experience / Skills & Education REQUIRED:
Consultants should have broad business experience, with solid strategic insight into markets, business processes and organizational dynamics. Specific requirements include:

•At least 7 years of professional experience in a global business environment
•Bilingual in Mandarin and English, including the ability to convey complex thoughts into accessible formats suitable for diverse audiences. Candidates will be required to demonstrate proficiency during the selection process.
•Experience in delivering business concepts and demonstrating application capability in both commercial and manufacturing environments
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, Business or related field
•Ability to provide original documents which verify your identity and legal authorized right to work in China
•Willing and able to travel approximately 30%
