The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, invites applications for non-tenured (tenure track) faculty positions in the Real Estate group with an expected start date of July 1, 2015.

Basic qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. or the equivalent or be enrolled in an accredited doctoral program at the time of application. Additional qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. or working towards the doctoral degree by July 1, 2015, evidence of research and teaching. Preferred qualifications: The Haas School is especially interested in candidates whose research contributes to the study of innovation.

Applicants should upload the following materials: cover letter stating future research plans and interests, a curriculum vitae, job market paper and 3 letters of reference. Optional materials may include a selected research paper, a statement of teaching, a statement of research, additional publication, teaching evaluations and a statement of candidate’s contributions to diversity addressing past and/or potential contributions through research, teaching and/or service.
