The Center for Latin American Studies (CLAS) of the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University is looking for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Political Economy of Latin America. The search is open in terms of disciplinary background. Applicants must be dedicated to research and teaching on the political economy of Latin America; the search is open to scholars working on any relevant topics, countries and subregions. CLAS is a vibrant area studies center offering an interdisciplinary Master of Arts and an undergraduate certificate in Latin American studies. It is expected that the successful candidate will play a major role in the Center and help develop further its Political Economy concentration.
