The School of Public Finance and Taxation(SPFT) at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) in Chengdu, China invites applications for a number of tenure-track and tenured positions in any field of economics or finance. Successful candidates should have earned their PhDs before the position starts. Academic rank will depend on publications and teaching experience. Applicants for assistant professor should have strong research potentials and teaching abilities, and a Ph.D. degree in a relevant field by autumn 2015. Candidates with excellent established research and teaching records are especially encouraged to apply for senior positions. A normal teaching load is three courses per year. SWUFE offers competitive salary and benefit packages and outstanding research support.

SWUFE is located in a historical but affordable city of Chengdu, China.
