Position: Postdoctoral Research Associate, full-time, 2-year.

Specialties Desired: Labor Economics.
Other Specialties: Agricultural Economics, Applied Econometrics, Industrial Organization

Responsibilities:
Develop a research program in the area of labor economics;
Conduct analysis of agricultural labor supply, mobility, wage and other labor issues, as well as other assigned research on grant projects;
Develop survey instruments and conduct labor surveys;
Write research journal articles and reports, and assist with grant writing.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in economics, agricultural economics, or closely related field;
Excellent writing and communication skills;
Experience in labor or related research;
Excellent skills in applied econometrics;
Familiar with MATLAB, SAS, STATA or related statistical/mathematical software;
Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required.
