The Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Full, Associate, and/or Assistant Professor positions in the tenure track. Rank will be commensurate with experience. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. We will not conduct on-site interviews at AEA

Deadline information: We will begin considering applications on October 1, 2014, and continue to do so until the positions are filled.

Applicants must have Ph.D. in Economics or allied field such as Public Policy or Health Services Research. The primary criterion for this position is excellence in research. Responsibilities include developing independent, extramurally funded research programs in health policy, health economics, or health outcomes. There will be some administrative and teaching responsibilities.

Applicants should submit a curriculum vitae and three reference letters. Submission of a research paper is optional. Daniel Polsky, PhD, Executive Director, Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at Penn is Chair of the Search Committee.
