The Department of Economics invites highly qualified applicants for a non-tenure track, Adjunct opening at the Assistant Professor level for the 2015-16 Academic Year. To be considered for an appointment as adjunct faculty, candidates must have strong teaching skills as evidenced by significant prior classroom experience. Adjunct appointments are dictated by instructional needs and budget constraints of the department.

Candidates will be expected to carry a substantial teaching load and to serve as supervisors of honor theses. Desirable fields are principles of economics, intermediate micro and macro, statistics, and econometrics, but may also include elective courses. Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. in economics or in fields of comparable sophistication.
