The Economics Area of the Orfalea College of Business, Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California, invites applications for one or more full-time, academic year, tenure-track positions at any rank. We are primarily seeking candidates in applied fields of economics who are committed to excellence in teaching and research. Candidates should have an active research agenda, a strong publication record, and a record of superior performance in undergraduate teaching. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience. Position(s) begin September 14, 2015, and are contingent upon final budgetary approval. To apply, please visit

Online attachments should include a letter of interest, curriculum vita, evidence of teaching excellence (particularly summaries of teaching evaluations), and one or more research papers.
