The School of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences (IAS) at the University of Washington Bothell (UWB) seeks a dynamic educator capable of applying economics to policy contexts. Specific area of expertise is open. Potential areas of expertise include: public finance; environmental or natural resource economics; industrial organization; regional or urban economics; law and economics; welfare, poverty, and health economics; macroeconomics, statistics. The successful candidate will join a faculty that spans the arts, humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences in a curriculum that values interdisciplinarity, diversity, and community-engaged research and pedagogy. Record of teaching excellence, evidence of commitment to working with diverse student and community populations, and PhD are required at time of appointment. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
