Full Text of JOE Listing:

Crowe Horwath is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Transfer Pricing practice in New York and/or Oak Brook, IL (a suburb of Chicago). As part of the Transfer Pricing team, you will perform financial and economic analyses of companies, their intercompany transactions (such as the sale of tangible goods, the license of intellectual property, the provision of services and the granting of loans), and the industries in which they operate. In doing so, you will work closely with tax, legal and business professionals in a variety of settings including tax planning and compliance, M&A, restructuring and dispute resolution.

In addition to Ph.D., candidates should possess applied economics analytical skills; strong writing and interpersonal skills; and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment. No prior accounting experience necessary.

Candidates must also be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
