Position: Full, Associate or Assistant Professor (tenure track).
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Job description: The Nova School of Business and Economics, a triple-accredited institution (AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA), announces the opening of a tenure-track position at the Full, Associate or Assistant Professor levels in Macroeconomics/International Economics/Economic Development. Applicants must hold, or be about to complete, a Ph.D. in Economics with solid references. The teaching load is 110 hours per year, equivalent to three semester courses. Classes are taught in English. Knowledge of Portuguese is not a requirement. The school offers programs in economics, business, and finance at undergraduate, master, MBA, and doctorate levels. Faculty at Nova currently originate from more than 10 nationalities, and about a third of the student body is non-Portuguese. The successful applicant is welcome to collaborate with the research centres in economics and finance (Novafrica, Nova Economics, Nova Finance, Nova Healthcare).
