Economics: Two tenure-track Assistant Professors (applied macro and/or applied micro) to contribute to the central elements of the departmental and divisional mission by combining delivery of outstanding instruction with research publications in highly regarded journals and with service to the institution.

Require: Ph.D. in Economics (completed by December 2015 for appointment to second year); a commitment to excellence in teaching high quality undergraduate economics courses and graduate courses; and the ability and desire to conduct research for publication in highly regarded refereed economics journals.

Preferred candidates will have interests in one or more of the following areas: macroeconomics, monetary economics, time series analysis, open economy macroeconomics; microeconomics (e.g., public economics, law and economics, international trade).

Screening of applications will commence November 15, 2014 and will continue until the position is filled. Interviews will be conducted at the January 2015 ASSA meetings in Boston. Start date of position is August 2015.
