Full Text of JOE Listing:

The Department of Economics has two openings at the rank of tenure-track Lecturer or Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant Professor in the United States). The first is in the field of microeconomic theory, either pure or applied to any field (for example industrial organization). The second is in the field of public economics. Exceptionally strong candidates in fields other than microeconomic theory and public economics, and particularly candidates with a demonstrable interest in Australia, will also be considered.

Remuneration package: $98,108-$138,578 pa (includes 17% employer superannuation). A competitive remuneration package will be negotiable for an outstanding appointee.

Commencement: from July 2015 (negotiable).
