The Department of Economics at the University of South Florida invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Industrial Organization or other related field in Applied Microeconomics. This is a full-time (9 month) position, with a start date of August 7, 2024. Salary is negotiable.

Minimum Qualifications:
A PhD in Economics or a related field from an accredited institution or anticipated completion before the appointment start date. Candidate must demonstrate the capacity for high-quality research, excellent teaching credentials, and the ability and desire to play a role in our PhD program.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to applicants who have an established publication record.

The department will begin screening applications on December 5 and following AEA guidelines will hold remote interviews in early January. Applications received by December 14, 2023 will receive full consideration.
