The Faculty of Economics in Central Cambridge wishes to appoint a full time Post-Doctoral Research Associate from September 2014 to work on a project entitled "International Policy Challenges in the Transition to Recovery", supporting the Centre for Macroeconomics.

Candidates are expected to have received their Ph.D before September 2014. The successful candidate will be expected to produce independent high-quality research and encouraged to collaborate with the Faculty in ongoing research projects. Candidates with a strong background in applied empirical analysis, and strong programming skills, with a good working knowledge of Matlab and Stata will be given the strongest consideration.

This is a fixed-term appointment for one year from September 2014 (or as soon as possible thereafter).
