The Economics Department at Iona College seeks a generalist willing to teach in a variety of areas, preferably in applied public policy areas such as health, environment and/or labor. Excellence in teaching is expected as well as an active research program. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Economics, but highly qualified ABDs will also be considered. The position is a full-time tenure track appointment with a 4-4 load beginning August 19, 2014. Finalists will be required to teach a demonstration class as part of the application process.
