The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology seeks two faculty positions in environmental economics for joint appointments in the Division of Environment, the Division of Social Science and the Department of Economics. Applications at all ranks (Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor) will be considered. Faculty are expected to pursue a leading research agenda, advise graduate students, and teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Applicants must hold a PhD at the time of appointment.

Salary is highly competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. Housing benefits will also be provided where applicable. Initial appointment for Assistant Professor/Associate Professor will normally be on a three-year contract, renewable subject to mutual agreement. Appointment for Professor will be on substantive basis. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
