The Economics Department of the University of New Haven invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level beginning in the Fall semester of 2014. We are seeking candidates with teaching and research interests in Natural Resources & Environmental Economics, primarily; other desirable areas are Behavioral Economics and Game Theory. Teaching responsibilities may also include introductory and intermediate level microeconomics, as well as economics courses in the various College of Business graduate professional programs.

Candidates should show a strong commitment to teaching and applied research. A Ph.D. at the time of appointment is preferred but ABD candidates will be considered. The economics program at UNH is novel and innovative emphasizing Behavioral Economics & Sustainability.
