The Department of Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles invites applications for a non-tenure track, Adjunct opening at the Assistant Professor level. Requirements include several years of undergraduate teaching experience and evidence of undergraduate teaching of the highest quality. Candidates will be expected to carry a substantial teaching load and to serve as supervisors of honor theses. Desirable fields are principles of economics, intermediate micro and macro, statistics, and econometrics, but may also include elective courses. Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. in economics or in fields of comparable sophistication.
