For the study of the economics of employee stock ownership, profit sharing, broad-based stock options, and broadened ownership of capital in the corporation and in society in the United States
The Fellows Program invites applications for fellowships from outstanding doctoral students initiating or completing a dissertation, recent Ph.D. graduates, pre- and post-tenure scholars in the areas of economics, business, economic and business history, and corporate finance for the 2014-2015 academic year. Fellows may be in residence at the University of their choice or visit Rutgers University. Fellowships are for $25,000 or $12,500. Beyster Fellowship applications are encouraged with special attention to the role of broad-based employee ownership in entrepreneurship, innovation, start-ups, and science-based companies. Kelso Fellowships focus on the study of the ESOP or the Employee Stock Ownership Plan or issues addressed by Kelso's work.
