RateWatch has a very large database of deposit and loan interest rates from U.S. depository institutions (banks, thrift, and credit unions). They also have data on fees charged by these institutions. The deposit rate data comes weekly from more than 80,000 branches, while the loan data is weekly as well from 40,000 branches; both types go back 20 years. It is said to be "standardized, consistent, and accurate," it is available at many levels of aggregation, and it can be delivered by various means.
