Today, the White House released a Bipartisan Infrastructure Law technical assistance guide to help state, local, Tribal and territorial governments navigate, access, and deploy infrastructure resources that will build a better America. The Biden Administration has identified over $700 million in dedicated funding across more than 65 technical assistance programs. . . . The White House released the first edition of its BIL guidebook to help state, local, Tribal and territorial governments unlock the benefits from investments in our nation’s infrastructure. The guidebook is a one-stop-shop on the law and contains comprehensive information on the more than 375 programs included in the BIL.

The White House has also published an accompanying data file that allows users to quickly sort programs funded under the law by fields like agency, amount, recipient, or program name. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) requires that within 60 days of its enactment, January 14, 2022, each agency must submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Congress a report (“60-day report") listing all Federal financial assistance programs for infrastructure administered by the agency. In these 60-day reports, agencies are required to identify and provide a list of which of these programs are “deficient,” as defined in the Act. These agency reports must also be published in the Federal Register.
This Memorandum provides initial OMB guidance regarding identification of these programs that agencies must include in the 60-day reports. . . .
