Have you lined up people to comment on questions so as to get this forum to critical mass?
 It currently is failing because there are too few responses, and it will die unless something is done. When starting something like this, you need to line up 10 or so people---grad students are fine--- to keep it active until interest is kindled.
   You may even need a re-start---- probably a lot of people look when there is the initial announcement, and then don't bother again if there's not much activity.
