I'm sorry. I made a quite big mistake. If total income from profits is around 3 trillion dollars and you set a control tax on capital gains of about a 30%, you offset the total increase of 1 trillion dollars in the monetary base. No way: Consumption among stake holders would decrease. It's necessary a slightly increase of the monetary base. Following studies about inflation and monetary base, an increase of a 1 or 2 % in the monetary base has no effect.
