Institute for International Economic Studies (IIES)

This research institute was founded by Nobel winner Gunnar Myrdal in 1962 and is affiliated with the Stockholm University, with financial support from the government of Sweden. This site offers information on the Institute's current areas of research: macroeconomic analysis of open economies, foreign trade, and general economic theory and methodology.
