economics

This journal, from the Kiel Institute, imposes no costs on readers or authors and all papers are freely available. They also promise a much quicker review process, and its community of readers also contributes to editorial decisions. Or, as they put it, "the journal is free, quick, democratic, widely disseminated, convenient and up to date." Their editorial board is made up of very well-regarded economists.
