Union College offers many opportunities for both faculty and students to engage with multiple disciplines - and each other - in collaborative classroom settings, innovative majors, interdisciplinary theses, and unique research initiatives. The successful hire may develop courses in their area of expertise that could contribute to one or more of the interdisciplinary programs. Our complete list can be found at:

Required application materials: cover letter, CV, job market paper, research statement, teaching statement, and evidence of teaching effectiveness, such as peer observation reports or sample syllabi. In your cover letter/teaching statement, please include information regarding strategies you've developed for teaching students with academically and culturally diverse backgrounds.
Please send questions and other inquiries to Younghwan Song at ecochair@union.edu.
