The J. Whitney Bunting College of Business and Technology at Georgia College & State University (GCSU) invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Economics beginning August 2025. The successful candidate will be able to teach principles of economics courses in addition to upper-level electives. Preference is given to candidates that can teach upper-level courses that support both the economics and finance majors. This is a ten-month, full-time, tenure-track faculty position with a normal three-three teaching load. A Ph.D. in economics or related discipline is preferred before the effective date of employment, but doctoral students in All-but-Dissertation (ABD) status will be considered. Previous teaching experience is a plus.
