The School of Business at Stevens Institute of Technology invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the Lecturer level to teach courses within its undergraduate business programs with an expected start date of September 1, 2023. Courses in these programs include Introduction to Microeconomics, Introduction to Macroeconomics, Intermediate Microeconomics, Intermediate Macroeconomics, and Introduction to Econometrics, among others. We seek an individual who will be able to teach existing, as well as new courses.
The successful candidate will possess a graduate degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics; a PhD degree is a plus. The individual chosen for this position should possess experience teaching at the undergraduate level and will be expected to play a full role in curriculum development, student advisement, and student events in addition to the primary role of teaching undergraduate level courses.
