The Department of Economics is hiring for a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics, beginning on September 16, 2023, through June 15, 2024.
Position Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate courses in macroeconomics. Teach 3 x 4 credit courses per quarter (total of 9 sections per year)
Required Qualifications: Masters Degree, Ph.D., or ABD in Economics; Record of teaching effectiveness; Demonstrated ability to teach Introduction to Macroeconomics and Intermediate Macroeconomics; Demonstrated commitment to cultivating learning environments that are equitable and inclusive of students with diverse social identities and backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. in Economics
