Tenure-track faculty opening in Marketing at the Assistant (Rookie and Advance Assistant) Professor level, commencing September 2023.

The Marketing Group at the Tepper School of Business (www.tepper.cmu.edu) at Carnegie Mellon University invites qualified individuals to apply for a tenure track faculty position in Marketing, commencing September 1, 2023. The position rank is at a level of Assistant Professor (Rookie and Advance Assistant). Salary and rank are commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Applicants should have (or be nearing completion of) a Ph.D. and an outstanding record of excellence in research and teaching in economics. Candidates from the field of Empirical Industrial Organization will be given consideration. Our emphasis will be towards applicants whose research is technology focused (broadly defined) and who leverage Causal Machine Learning, Field Experiments or Structural Models in their research. Teaching assignments encompass undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. programs.
