The Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at North Carolina State University invites applications for the tenure-track position of Assistant Professor of International Economics. This tenure-track position is a joint appointment with the Department of Economics in the Poole College of Management and is part of an ongoing cross-college collaboration aimed at expanding the area of international economics.

Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a successful research agenda that produces publications in high-quality peer-reviewed journals; being an effective teacher at the graduate and undergraduate levels; supervising PhD students; and providing service to the department, college and university. The individual holding the position is expected to teach two courses annually, at either the graduate or undergraduate level, depending on departmental needs.
