Job Summary:
The Department of Accounting, Economics, and Finance invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in economics at the Assistant Professor or the Associate Professor level. We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in environmental economics, and/or international economics, but strong candidates in all fields are encouraged to apply.

To receive full consideration, application materials should be received by December 1, 2022. Screening of applications will proceed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

The School of Management is seeking faculty members who, in addition to teaching their classes, participate in the life of the School and its activities. We welcome candidates who will place a strong emphasis on quality teaching in a small classroom setting. Applicants should have an active research agenda that leads to high-quality peer reviewed publications and presentations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Terminal degree in economics or related field (Ph.D. or A.B.D. with projected completion by December 2023). Professional experience is also desirable.

Essential Functions:
Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. Maintaining an active research agenda leading to peer-reviewed publications. Advising students, taking part in service activities, and serving on committees as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Specializations in environmental and/or international economics.
